Anger

We all know what it feels like to be angry. That sense of being wronged by a person or situation can be experienced as mild frustration or annoyance or sometimes as extreme rage. When anger is experienced as too intense, too frequent or lasts too long it can be destructive. Severe anger can negatively affect your well being and the well being of those around you.  There are a number of psychological strategies with proven effectiveness in helping inpiduals to better manage severe anger.
